LEMON DESSERT

- 250 milliliters of milk cream (1¼ cups).
- 250 milliliters of condensed milk.
- 4 large lemons.
- 200 grams of crushed sweet cookies.
·····PREPARATION·····
- In a bowl, beat the cream with the condensed milk until you have a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the lemon juice without stopping to beat, since the preparation can be cut. In this step, you will notice that the mixture thickens a little, just or what we want.
- In a refractory or small glasses, add a layer of the crushed cookies and arrange them well.
- On the cookie base, add the lemon mixture to form another layer.
- Finally, add another layer of cookies and more lemon cream until the container is full. Sprinkle a little lemon zest and refrigerate the lemon desserts for a minimum of 3 hours so that they have a firm consistency.
